A mechanical pencil shaped like a wooden one. "Enpitsu" means pencil in Japanese; this is a mechanical built in the silhouette of the classic six-sided pencil. Hexagonal body near the tip transitioning to a round barrel, glossy lacquer finish, a tapered "sharpened" plastic tip that mimics the look of a freshly sharpened point. Underneath the shape, it's a real mechanical: click-advance, refillable lead, large clip, twist eraser at the top.
A small, well-made object. Good for anyone who likes the shape of a wooden pencil but doesn't want to sharpen. 0.5mm for finer notes and writing, 0.7mm for slightly bolder lines and rougher paper.
